Please be so
kind as to remove any *spam* references in
your reply email. It gets a little rough when you spend 5 or 10
minutes typing a detailed email to try and help correct a problem
only to have it returned by the mail server because of an email
address like; yourname-<NOSPAM>-@somedomain.com

If you are
experiencing some type of hardware difficulty, such as networking
problems, please click here
to download a system information utility I've written. Follow
the instructions on the main screen of this utility. It will
generate a text file with detailed information about your current
hardware configuration that I will need in order to evaluate your problem.

If you don't
hear back from me within a couple of days, please do a follow-up
email. It is very possible your email either didn't make it or
just slipped by. Based on the number of emails I receive, the
latter is very possible.
